Exclusive Staffing is a family-owned recruitment agency headed up by Priscilla Canales. They specialize in the temporary recruitment of agency workers for the logistics industry.

Priscilla describes Exclusive Staffing as very sleek and professional, explaining that they are an employment agency connecting employers with candidates. Their target customers are employers seeking employees and are all about helping people and placing them with the right company (the client) in order to be successful.

​

From the offset, it was obvious to us that the company very much reflected its head of operations – very professional, fast-paced and no-nonsense but extremely flexible in it’s attitude. Priscilla told us that she was seeking a look to her brand that would reflect both herself and the nature of the business, so we set out to do just that – working with her favorite colors of purple lilac and gold.

There are lots of recruitment agencies out there so Priscilla was adamant from the beginning that she wanted to stand out from the rest, to communicate their knowledge and professionalism with an elegant and perhaps abstract design.

I will say that finding the initial logo design was quite a process until we chatted again with Priscilla, asking her not about what she wanted in the design, but just about the things she liked and disliked in general. After this chat, Priscilla chose the very first iteration that we came up with saying that it was exactly what she had in mind but had been unable to describe to us.

Exclusive Staffing is another client that we continue to work with regularly, providing both social media and print solutions such as periodicals and other leaflets & brochures.

Most recently, we have provided an additional logo design for a new arm of their business which focuses on the logistics industry, as well as an update to their existing design as the direction of their business has changed in recent times.
